💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise risk management for a global AI cloud infrastructure company, reporting to the Head of Risk. Your core impact is maintaining the company-wide risk register and driving risk assessments across all business functions. This role offers high visibility and the chance to shape scaling strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead risk identification activities across all business functions
• Maintain and update the company-wide risk register
• Conduct risk assessment workshops with functional leaders
• Prepare executive-level risk reports and dashboards

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in risk management or similar
• Knowledge of COSO ERM or ISO 31000 frameworks
• Experience maintaining enterprise-level risk registers
• Ability to engage cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders

• Exposure to AI governance or cybersecurity risks
• Experience in fast-scaling or pre-IPO environments
• Professional certification like CRISC or IRM
