💼 About This Role

You'll manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits in a primary care setting supported by an onsite Preceptor. You'll collaborate with in-office teammates and conduct tele-health visits while participating in weekly Didactics. This program offers continuous learning and mentorship to launch your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Conduct in-office and tele-health patient visits.
• Participate in weekly Didactics and Clinical Rounds.
• Perform in-office procedures using clinical training.

📋 Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with graduation Nov 2025-May 2026
• Hold active license in MA or apply by June 1 2026
• Board Certified as FNP or PA
