💼 About This Role

You'll join BAYADA at BAYhealth to provide home health visits and skilled nursing care to adult patients. Your work enables clients to remain at home while receiving necessary medical care. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team with strong support and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs
• Make home visits and perform nursing duties like medication administration and wound care
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document observations using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Delaware
• Minimum 1 year recent clinical/medical-surgical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned
