Join the Okta Access Management Team to build the foundation for authentication and authorization across Okta-protected resources. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop high-quality Java services, and contribute to innovative identity and security products.

Requirements

• 7+ years building Java-based web applications
• Strong understanding of design patterns, scalability, security engineering, and OOP
• Experience with CI/CD in fast-paced teams
• Strong communication and cross-functional skills
• Nice to have: IAM protocols (FIDO, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, OAuth) and cloud security experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Support, UX) for seamless integration
• Contribute to technical designs, proposals, and architectural decisions
• Develop high-quality, maintainable software components with comprehensive tests
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
