You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers, leading architecture reviews and deployment strategies for Rogo's AI platform. You'll ensure seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure while building trust with senior technical stakeholders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise customers
• Support pre-sales technical validation and deployment models
• Guide customers through onboarding and post-sales adoption
• Partner with engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles like Solutions Architect
• Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure and networking concepts
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Ability to lead enterprise architecture and security reviews

• Experience in financial services or AI/ML platforms
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code
