You'll join the CRM Core team focusing on the telephony domain, building and scaling the core customer communication infrastructure. You'll own delivery of features and gradually take over larger product areas. This role stands out for its execution-focused impact and work with AI platform components.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect and analyze requirements for AI platform components
• Translate requirements into clear specifications and drive delivery
• Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and ops teams
• Define and maintain KPIs for AI pipelines

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in product or fintech environment
• Strong skills in writing structured requirements and specifications
• Experience with task tracking tools like Jira from creation to delivery
• Confidence working with SQL for data analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Spanish language
• Experience in telecom, contact centers, or CRM systems
• Experience in fintech or payment-sensitive data
