🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead multi-disciplinary hardware projects from start to finish
• Manage battery program schedules, technical issues, and design releases
• Drive planning and implementation with cross-functional teams
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and leadership

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering field
• 5+ years of program management or related cross-functional experience
• Experience in battery hardware development through EVT/DVT/PVT phases
• Ability to understand technical discussions and provide decision frameworks
