💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead the multi-year enablement vision for BuildOps, operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. Your core impact will be equipping revenue, marketing, and customer success teams with tools and training to drive exceptional outcomes. You'll also own the BuildOps Academy as a strategic lever to reduce implementation time-to-value and accelerate customer product adoption.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap
• Own and execute the BuildOps Academy strategy
• Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts
• Establish and track enablement KPIs and prepare executive-ready communications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement or learning development
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team
• Hands-on experience with an LMS including curriculum design and content governance

• Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tooling
• Experience with Docebo LMS
