Description

As an Assistant Guide in a Montessori school, you'll support children ages 0–6 in developing independence and confidence. You'll prepare learning environments, assist with individual and small-group activities, and collaborate with Lead Guides and families.

Requirements

Experience working with children ages 0 to 6 in school or childcare
Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
Genuine love for working with young children
Interest in learning Montessori approach

Responsibilities

Observe children to understand and support individual needs
Help prepare and maintain orderly classroom environment
Support individual and small-group learning activities
Build relationships with children and families
Collaborate with Lead Guides and team members
