💼 About This Role

You'll lead the identification, evaluation, and securing of powered land opportunities for our US-focused data center portfolio. Your work will directly enable hyperscale AI infrastructure by coordinating power procurement and negotiating complex land transactions. This role sits at the intersection of real estate, energy, and cutting-edge technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify large industrial or raw land parcels for hyperscale campuses
• Coordinate with utility providers to secure substation capacity and power agreements
• Lead due diligence on zoning, permitting, and environmental reviews
• Negotiate purchase agreements, land options, and leases with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 5-10+ years in commercial/industrial real estate acquisition or energy infrastructure
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure and high-voltage electricity systems
• Proven track record of closing complex land transactions at scale

• Experience with powered land structures where energy infrastructure is committed prior to construction
• Strong relationships with brokers, developers, and utility providers
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
