💼 About This Role

You'll lead the electrical engineering team for modular data center designs and power distribution systems, overseeing the entire lifecycle from schematic to production release. You'll ensure your team has the resources and standards to scale, directly impacting our vertically integrated manufacturing facility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regular 1-on-1s and performance reviews
• Manage engineering queue and assign personnel
• Conduct technical design reviews on load calculations
• Ensure UL/NFPA/NEC compliance for product lines

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years in a formal management role
• 10+ years in electrical design (power distribution, switchgear)
• Ability to manage department-level process improvements

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree or PE license
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma
• Deep familiarity with PLC/SCADA and medium-voltage systems
