• Document clinical progress in EHR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

📋 Requirements

• Fully licensed in Wisconsin as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations
• Ability to work in hybrid model (on-site & telehealth)
