💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end features for UiPath's enterprise automation platform, building delightful user interfaces that customers use daily. Your work directly shapes product experience through customer validation and fast iteration. You'll leverage AI-native tooling to ship at startup speed and raise the bar for frontend quality across the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship features end-to-end from customer conversation to production deploy.
• Design and build delightful UI with attention to motion, hierarchy, and micro-interactions.
• Use AI-native tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development.
• Build backend APIs and services when needed to unblock frontend work.
• Engage directly with customers to validate and iterate on product.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years shipping production web applications with deep frontend ownership.
• Modern frontend mastery in TypeScript, React, component architecture, and performance.
• Backend comfort designing APIs and writing services in Node, Go, or Python.
• Design instinct to produce tasteful, consistent UI without a dedicated designer.
