Description

You will set up and oversee inventory and logistics operations at large-scale construction sites, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate material tracking. Your role is critical to supporting project success and maintaining operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in construction
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities with a tech-driven approach
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of warehouse laydown operations and material handling best practices
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee warehouse activities including material intake, distribution, and inventory levels
• Manage prefabricated materials, tracks, and returns of material carts
• Schedule and manage inbound/outbound deliveries to prevent bottlenecks
• Lead a team of 6-10 warehouse/delivery staff, set goals and schedules
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies
