You'll join Lucanet's People Operations team to ensure accuracy and compliance of HR processes with a focus on payroll validation. Your core impact will be maintaining payroll accuracy and supporting audit readiness. You'll work with a global team in a data-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain employee records in HR systems with accuracy
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs and outputs
• Support internal and external HR/payroll audits
• Generate regular HR reports and analyze data

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in HR Operations and Payroll roles
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
• Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday or SAP payroll modules
• Experience supporting compliance audits
• Fluency in additional European languages
