📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of trust and safety support operations experience with team KPI management
• Experience driving operational excellence and performance managing multiple agents
• Analytical and data-driven with experience distilling large data sets to actionable insights
• Proven experience coordinating business critical escalations to resolution

✨ Nice to Have

• Startup, marketplace, or e-commerce experience
• Fluency in French or German in addition to English
• Knowledge of SQL and data platforms like Sigma
