💼 About This Role

You'll build the People/HR function from the ground up at a fast-growing AI startup. You'll manage the full employee lifecycle and create scalable systems for onboarding, performance management, and compensation. This role requires a rare mix of operational rigor and high EQ to be the trusted go-to for every team member.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Design and implement performance management systems
• Develop compensation and benefits strategies
• Be the primary people resource for all team members

📋 Requirements

• Experience building or scaling a People function in a high-growth startup
• Strong operational rigor and process design skills
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Comfort working in-office 5 days a week in Flatiron, NY
