You'll shape the company's financial strategy and represent it to investors, lenders, and partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify business opportunities and risks
• Lead M&A activities from due diligence to integration
• Prepare and present financial performance to the Board
• Own key SaaS metrics like ARR, retention, and unit economics

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of total finance experience
• 5+ years as CFO or SVP/VP of Finance at a software company
• 5+ years as Controller/VP Finance in a commercial business
• 4+ years in a Big 4 accounting firm or investment banking
