Description

As a Growth Marketing Manager for Coupang Pay, you will drive user acquisition, activation, and conversion through performance marketing, ASO, CRM campaigns, and data-driven growth strategies. You'll collaborate across teams to optimize the user funnel and enhance retention with rewards and benefits programs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in app marketing, growth, CRM, or performance marketing
• Strong data-driven decision-making and user funnel analysis skills
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Execution-oriented with ability to quickly run experiments
• Preferred: experience in card companies, fintech, or platform payment business

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth strategies focused on app user acquisition, activation, and conversion
• Manage and optimize performance marketing, ASO, and other app growth channels
• Run customer segment-based CRM/push/in-app retention campaigns
• Conduct data-driven user funnel and cohort analysis to derive insights
• Design and operate benefit, reward, and point policies to enhance retention
