💼 About This Role

You'll support autonomous agent offices and advisors in prospecting and serving Private clients with assets over R$10 million. Your role drives commercial strategy and ensures access to XP Private bank's full structure and intelligence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement projects and training within partner offices
• Prospect and serve Private clients
• Implement commercial strategies with Heads/Capitão Private
• Build close relationships with key partners of autonomous agent offices
• Act as connection point with Private Bank and Wholesale Bank areas

📋 Requirements

• Experience as a Banker in the Private segment
• Knowledge of asset allocation, wealth planning, structured operations and offshore
• B2B experience
• Availability for travel

• Knowledge of offshore market and credit
• CFA certification
