You will join the Sales Team at Lightning AI, selling developer-focused AI tools to technical audiences. Build understanding of target markets, exceed revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in NYC.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Account Executive experience selling technical products
  • Familiarity with ML/AI/software development ecosystem
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in startup
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and closing deals
  • Proficiency with CRM (HubSpot preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Prospect outbound leads and qualify inbound leads
  • Run demos and close deals
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing
  • Maintain data integrity in HubSpot
