💼 About This Role

You'll own Trainline's perks and growth partnerships portfolio, managing existing partners and securing new ones. Your work will directly drive revenue and enhance customer value beyond the core ticketing journey. You'll operate with significant autonomy while collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Data teams.

• Develop and evolve perks and growth partnerships strategy
• Optimize existing partnerships using data and experimentation
• Negotiate and launch new third-party partnerships
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams

📋 Requirements

• Commercial experience in partnerships, growth, or monetisation roles
• Proven ability to optimize partnerships using data
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and launching third-party partnerships
• Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
