You'll manage day-to-day operations of the Residential Install department, planning schedules and overseeing field technicians. You'll ensure projects are completed on time and under budget while maximizing profit and customer satisfaction. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Residential Install department
• Plan and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments
• Review workload and manpower to meet commitments cost-effectively
• Review monthly financial reports and develop improvement action plans

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of management experience
• Experience managing service or installation field technicians
• Excellent communication, organization, and mechanical aptitude
• Valid Driver's License
