Description

You will define and execute sales plans for the assigned territory, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities. You'll champion and evangelize the product internally and externally, co-sell with field teams and partners, and provide feedback on market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years tech sales experience as a customer-facing AE with variable comp
  • Consistent track record of success and overachievement
  • Higher than average business acumen and deal sense
  • Proven ability to build champions and work cross-functionally
  • Bias for action and self-starter mentality

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales plans to meet/exceed quota through prospecting and closing opportunities
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline for strategic transactions
  • Identify and close growth opportunities in Enterprise Strategic accounts
  • Present Rubrik solutions within complex data center environments
  • Co-sell with field team, partners, distributors, and VARs
