💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver advanced robotics and precision strike training for MARSOC Special Reconnaissance Teams. Your core impact is integrating FPV attack drones and Ground Organic Precision Strike Weapon Systems (GOPPS) into unit mission profiles. This role supports live-fire and field training exercises to ensure operational readiness.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver Program of Instruction (POI) for FPV and GOPPS systems
• Instruct MARSOC teams in classroom, simulator, and field environments
• Design and execute realistic operational training scenarios
• Maintain RSO and LSO certifications and ensure safety compliance

📋 Requirements

• SOF/Recon background as graduate of Assessment & Selection or operator experience
• Minimum 2 years instructing a USSOCOM-approved attack drone or GOPPS course
• Ability to gain and maintain Camp Lejeune RSO and LSO certifications
• Valid FAA Part 107 certification and Class 2 FAA Medical/Physical
