🎯 What You'll Do

• Adhere to underwriting guidelines and pricing strategies for profitability.
• Approve, decline, or mitigate risk within authority limits.
• Analyze risk characteristics on applications, renewals, and changes.
• Document files with risk analysis and pricing justification.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of underwriting or insurance experience.
• Experience underwriting construction, hospitality, real estate, or manufacturing classes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry software.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience underwriting excess risk.
• CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property Casualty Brokers License.
• Strong customer service experience.
