Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Customer First analytics, leading the integration of AI-driven tools and architecting the analytics strategy for customer insights. You'll define the semantic layer, participate in predictive modeling initiatives, and partner with leadership to translate raw insights into actionable strategies.

Requirements

• BS in CS, MIS, or related technical field
• 7+ years experience as Data Analyst/Data Engineer/BI Developer
• Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Experience with ETL processes and tools like Python, Java, Databricks, Snowflake
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Customer First analytics, defining data models, metrics, and value drivers
• Lead integration of AI-driven tools and define foundational semantic models for AI agents
• Architect analytics strategy for customer insights using product telemetry and public data
• Own vision for semantic layer supporting advanced modeling and self-service dashboarding
• Participate in predictive modeling initiatives (cross-sell, churn, LTV) influencing GTM execution
