You'll deliver College Track's academic curriculum and provide individualized advising to scholars from high school through college transition. Your work directly impacts closing the opportunity gap for students facing systemic barriers. This role blends instructional delivery with data-informed practice to create roadmaps for scholar success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver College Track’s Academic Curriculum across grade levels.
• Co-create holistic Consolidated Education Plans for each scholar.
• Track and analyze scholar participation and learning data.
• Lead proactive outreach to school counselors and families.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in academic advising, teaching, or youth development.
• Demonstrated success in intellectually preparing and facilitating academic content that is culturally relevant.

• Spanish Bilingual preferred.
• Experience using academic and developmental data to personalize support.
