You'll manage substantial Google Ads budgets across 30+ regions, optimizing Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns. You'll drive ROI optimization and profitability through data-driven decisions. This role offers the opportunity to scale campaigns in a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen campaigns across 30+ regions.
• Analyze campaign performance data to drive budget allocation decisions.
• Launch, test, and scale new campaigns while refining targeting and bidding.
• Research new tools and competitor strategies to uncover growth opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience managing $100K+ monthly ad spend across Search, Display, PMax, and Demand Gen.
• Multi-GEO campaign management with autonomous scaling decisions.
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with YouTube Ads and YouTube Shorts Ads.
• Consumer products background.
• Previous experience in subscription-based business models.
