💼 About This Role

You'll join Helion's Production Team to assemble fusion generators and subscale plasma devices. You'll lead full-scale builds, coach technicians, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. This role offers a chance to work on cutting-edge fusion technology that could change the future of energy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electromechanical components
• Integrate components into the fusion generator's primary structure
• Design and fabricate fixtures for assembly
• Coach technicians to develop their skills

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician
• Experience with high-voltage systems or vacuum systems
• Proficiency in CAD software for fixture design
• Ability to operate heavy machinery (forklift, crane, etc.)

• Experience in rapid prototyping and iteration
• Familiarity with light fabrication tools
