💼 About This Role

You'll join an interdisciplinary team to provide restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy to seniors, focusing on maximizing independence and safety. You'll build long-term relationships with participants and collaborate closely with other therapists and providers. This role offers lower patient volumes and no after-hours documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct Physical Therapy assessments in facility or home settings.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans.
• Deliver interventions like exercise, gait training, and modalities.
• Supervise Therapy Assistants and implement Functional Maintenance Programs.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy
• Mandarin fluency required
• Two years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred
• Valid California Physical Therapy License or proof of eligibility

• Master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience
