💼 About This Role

You'll shape and implement modern identity strategies to secure access across all of Marqeta’s 100% cloud-based systems. You'll play a crucial part in building a secure, scalable, and frictionless IAM program with no data center footprint.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead IAM strategies for cloud-native architecture
• Expand IAM program across IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, and secrets management
• Automate identity provisioning and access reviews using AI and IaC
• Design IAM integrations for AWS-native services and third-party tools

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree
• IAM tools like Okta, CyberArk, Ping, SailPoint
• AWS IAM roles, policies, permissions boundaries, federation
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific
• AWS services like Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS
• DevOps tools and CI/CD integration
