💼 About This Role

You'll lead product operations for a data observability platform, bridging product, engineering, and marketing. Your work will directly optimize workflows and drive data-driven product decisions. This role offers the chance to shape operational excellence at a pioneering company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from planning to post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate user testing initiatives including recruitment and feedback synthesis.
• Analyze product performance using Pendo to generate actionable insights.
• Configure JIRA workflows, build dashboards, and create JQL queries.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8 years in product operations or product management in a tech environment.
• Hands-on Pendo experience including session replays and custom reporting.
• Advanced JIRA proficiency in workflow configuration and JQL queries.
• Experience designing and analyzing user testing programs (usability studies, A/B tests).

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, and SQL.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
