💼 About This Role

You'll define and drive the end-to-end test strategy and architecture for SPAN's intelligent energy systems. You'll ensure system reliability and scalability across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile. This role offers high impact on clean energy adoption and global quality infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define end-to-end validation strategy for SPAN Panel, Drive, and battery systems.
• Build system-level test architecture across App, Cloud, Hardware, and Grid.
• Lead validation of energy flows, outages, failover, and backup scenarios.
• Standardize lab procedures and align India and US labs for interchangeability.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in test architecture for system-level products across hardware, firmware, and cloud.
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Python, JS, Robot) and reliability engineering.
• Deep knowledge of power/energy systems, EV, renewables, and grid behavior.
• Hands-on with HIL/SIL environments, CI/CD pipelines, and test management tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to UL/IEC compliance and grid codes.
• Experience with multi-region power systems.
• Familiarity with OTA (Mender) and embedded Linux (Yocto).
