You'll lead Airwallex's global forecasting engine and act as a strategic data partner to the CEO and CFO. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as strategic data partner for CEO, CFO, and regional leads.
• Own Airwallex's global forecasting engine and annual planning models.
• Lead causal inference to quantify impact of macro shifts and interventions.
• Drive roadmap for Generative AI and ML automation of insights.
• Scale and lead a team of data scientists and engineers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or applied ML.
• 5+ years leading high-performing technical teams.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python/R with modern data stacks.
• Hands-on experience with forecasting, causal inference, or production ML.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in Econometrics, Statistics, or Machine Learning.
• Fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience in a CEO Office or corporate strategy function.
