💼 About This Role

You'll provide evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-26) in a hybrid model. You'll make an impact through individualized treatment plans and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This role offers a guaranteed base salary plus additional earnings per session.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
• Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and patient records

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania
• 1 year of experience providing direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work after 4pm ET weekdays and weekends

• Experience with evidence-based practices for children and adolescents
• Proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms
