💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted advisor for top eCommerce brands, driving measurable outcomes across Yotpo's platform. You'll own end-to-end customer relationships from post-onboarding through renewal, ensuring growth and retention. This role offers the chance to lead strategic QBRs with C-suite executives at a leading MarTech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own customer relationships post-onboarding through renewal
  • Develop success plans aligned with business goals and outcomes
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive retention and expansion
  • Lead strategic QBRs and executive-level conversations

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of CS or Account Management experience
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and engaging C-suite
  • Analytical and data-driven, using insights to demonstrate business impact
  • Understanding of renewal, retention, and expansion levers

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in MarTech or eCommerce
  • Project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives
