Description

As an Account Manager at SISCO, you will be the primary point of contact for brokers and clients, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. You'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and manage client renewals and mid-year changes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client service with prompt responses, plan analysis, review sessions, and innovative strategies
  • Facilitate renewal process for various coverage types, ensuring reporting is completed 90+ days before renewal
  • Act as central gatekeeper for client renewal and mid-year change information, distributing to relevant departments
  • Lead virtual and in-person meetings with clients and brokers for Open Enrollment support and renewal discussions
