You will work remotely with Fortune 500 clients, providing legal support focused on the Japanese market. Your role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including creative, advertising, digital marketing, procurement, technology, and partnership agreements, as well as developing related policies.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 4 years legal experience
• Substantial experience in commercial contracts
• Ability to write and draft in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts for Japanese market
• Develop and implement commercial marketplace contracts and policies
• Advise on Terms and Conditions of Sale and distribution agreements
