🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as strategy and operations partner with sales leaders
- Identify and improve pain points in sales workflows
- Build analytical tools to drive strategic selling
- Connect sales team with other business functions
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience (consulting, banking, PE, strategy, or startup)
- Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's or master's from a top school preferred
✨ Nice to Have
- SQL, Tableau, or Looker experience
- Salesforce experience
- Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience
