💼 About This Role

You'll review service events submitted by process servers to ensure compliance with court and customer requirements and ABC's guidelines. You'll investigate complaints and contested serves while providing education to process servers. This remote role is based in Virginia and is part of the Process Server Development team at a national leader in service of process.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review service events for compliance with court and customer requirements
• Provide education and instruction to process servers regarding service requirements
• Investigate service complaints and create investigation reports
• Audit process server service event histories and logbooks

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6-12 months relevant experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills, specifically professional email
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

✨ Nice to Have

• Writing experience in a professional or higher education environment preferred
• Ability to train and work remotely using Microsoft Teams
