Description

You will foster relationships with EAP providers, unions, and employers to connect employees to Charlie Health's virtual intensive outpatient mental health services. Your role involves educating stakeholders, designing outreach strategies, and ensuring seamless collaboration to expand access to care.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years proven sales experience with overachieving KPIs
• Experience working with or selling to unions, employers, and EAPs
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to travel regionally with reliable transportation
• Must reside in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market strategy for Labor, Union, and Employer partners
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Conduct cold outreach and host educational meetings and presentations
• Perform in-person field outreach 3-4 days per week
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and product strategies
