You'll help organizations transform their ways of working to an agile state, guiding clients toward good agile and SAFe practices. You'll learn about client products, processes, and tools, identifying areas for improvement to meet their goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach clients on agile principles and SAFe strategies
• Build trust and collaborative relationships among stakeholders
• Facilitate identification of OKRs aligned to organizational goals
• Mentor Scrum Masters, leadership, and ART team members

📋 Requirements

• US Citizenship or Green Card with ability to pass Public Trust clearance
• 3+ years experience as an Agile Coach
• Experience leading agile transformations
• SPC 5.0 certification

✨ Nice to Have

• RTE and Scrum Master certifications
• Lives in a US SBA HUBZone
• Knowledge of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and Test Driven Automation
