You'll drive go-to-market processes and business analysis for the APJ region, reporting on key KPIs and building financial models to support decision-making. Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize sales operations and improve performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Participate in monthly review of actuals vs. Plan/Forecast with management
• Develop self-service reporting and dashboards for sales functions
• Build complex financial models and scenario modeling
• Track headcount, costs, risks, opportunities, and rebates

📋 Requirements

• Experience in Revenue and Sales Operations in a similar industry
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) at advanced level
• Experience in dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power BI, or AWS QuickSight

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Anaplan
• Experience in quota and territory modeling
• Experience handling multiple regions across APJ
