💼 About This Role

You'll shape the infrastructure for a high-throughput programmatic ad platform processing over 1 trillion monthly transactions. You will design cloud-native systems on AWS that are scalable and secure. This role combines deep technical architecture with hands-on implementation at a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design cloud architecture solutions on AWS for exchange and data platforms
• Develop architectural standards, patterns, and reference designs
• Partner with engineering teams to translate infrastructure needs into scalable designs
• Lead evaluation and adoption of new cloud services and technologies

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of cloud infrastructure or platform engineering experience
• At least 3 years focused on cloud architecture
• Expert-level proficiency with AWS core services (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudFront)
• Strong command of infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and modern CI/CD tooling

✨ Nice to Have

• Adtech, fintech, or media platform experience
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar scripting language
• Experience with SOC2 and PCI compliance frameworks
