💼 About This Role

You'll lead the guest experience and drive sales at ALO's Center of Waikiki. Your role is to create a service-lead environment and analyze business metrics to strategize and deliver results. This is a full-time position requiring open availability, including holidays.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the sales floor
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage and workforce solutions
• Partner with Operations Visual Manager on budgets and inventory

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years prior work experience in a client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision making
• High energy and ability to integrate fun and work
• Self-motivated with desire to achieve results

• Experience with performance tools and feedback systems
• Cross-functional training experience with community studio and operations
