🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Finance Transformation projects in Banking or Capital Markets.
• Design and implement accounting rules engines, subledgers, and general ledgers.
• Develop proof of concepts and rapid prototypes in SQL environments.
• Mentor team members through coaching and performance reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Banking/Capital Markets transformation.
• Strategic planning skills and experience with C-suite executives.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related discipline.

• Experience with data governance platforms like Collibra or Atlan.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
