💼 About This Role

You'll oversee sterile compounding in a Modular Cleanroom Suite at Hims & Hers, ensuring compliance with USP 797 and 800. Your leadership will drive safety, quality, and financial metrics across a large compounding team. This role offers the chance to shape sterile operations in a fast-growing health platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Designated Person for USP 797 and 800 compliance
• Train and supervise shift managers and compounding personnel
• Oversee cleanroom workflow, logs, and environmental monitoring
• Partner with R&D on scale-up of new sterile preparations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years pharmacist experience with 3+ years sterile compounding
• Active Pharmacist License in Ohio
• 3+ years managerial role over pharmacists and technicians
• Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements
