You will track and report financial and technical KPIs for manufacturing engineering projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design for manufacturing, and support budget planning and reporting. This role is essential to bringing an iconic American EV brand to life.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, program management or similar
Equivalent experience may be considered
Integrity, curiosity, resourcefulness, positive attitude, growth mindset
Comfortable with change and flexible in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Collaborative approach to achieve ambitious goals

Responsibilities

Align tasks and resources within manufacturing engineering
Track and improve financial status and budget to meet project targets
Guide a team of technical experts as a program manager
Summarize technical department reports into overall statements for committees
Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to achieve design for manufacturing goals
