Description

You will drive Ceribell's sales strategy and operations for new products, defining sales playbooks, building tools and KPIs, and working closely with the go-to-market and sales teams to grow the business in neonatal ICU, pediatrics ED, and delirium product areas.

Requirements

• 5+ years at top tier management consulting or professional services firm focusing on transformation and implementation
• 3+ years managing teams
• 2+ years as an operator preferred
• Strong analytical skills including automation and complex formulas
• Clear communication and adaptability in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create growth plans for neonatal ICU, pediatrics ED, and delirium products
• Develop tools, KPIs, targets, reporting mechanisms for product launches
• Create sales operations plans (territory, targeting, quotas) and support compensation design
• Define strategies to improve penetration and utilization in target care settings
• Build credibility and trusted relationships with sales leadership
